FBO Finder

Fuel & amenities

FBO Finder is your starting point on every trip. Search any U.S. airport and instantly see the FBOs on the field, their fuel posted prices, frequencies, hours, and amenities — sourced from AC-U-KWIK and curated crew submissions.

How to use it
  1. 1Tap the FBO tab in the bottom nav.
  2. 2Type an ICAO/IATA identifier or city name.
  3. 3Pick an FBO to see fuel prices, contacts, crew car availability, and after-hours info.
  4. 4Use the call/email/maps buttons to coordinate the handling.

Crew Hotels

Crew-friendly properties

Crew Hotels surfaces aircrew-friendly properties near the field — including Marriott STARS, Luminous, and other major brand hotels — plus notes from other crews. Save favorites so they show up first the next time you're routed in.

How to use it
  1. 1Open the Hotels tab.
  2. 2Search by airport — properties closest to the FBO appear first.
  3. 3Tap a property to view distance, brand program, and crew notes.
  4. 4Star a hotel to pin it to your favorites.

Duty Awareness

Flight & rest

Duty Awareness gives you a quick read on flight, duty, and rest windows so you can self-monitor against your op-spec. It is a situational-awareness aid — not a replacement for your company's official duty tracking.

How to use it
  1. 1Open More → Trip and add legs with show, off, on, and block times.
  2. 2Duty Awareness reads those legs and shows current duty and projected rest.
  3. 3Adjust your show time to see how it shifts the next day's window.

Layover Guide

Crew picks

Layover Guide is a crowdsourced shortlist of crew-picked spots near common layovers — coffee, food, gym, walk routes — submitted and upvoted by other professional crews.

How to use it
  1. 1Tap More → Layover from your destination FBO page.
  2. 2Browse picks by category.
  3. 3Submit your own spot to help the next crew through town.

AI Concierge

Crew-grade answers instantly

AI Concierge is a chat assistant trained on aviation ops context — ask about FBOs, airports, customs, hotel options, weather considerations, or how to use BeyondV1 itself. Answers are tuned for working flight crew, not the general public.

How to use it
  1. 1Tap the AI Concierge tab.
  2. 2Ask anything — "best FBO at KTEB for a G650?" or "what's near the Marriott at KLAS?"
  3. 3Follow-up questions keep context from the same conversation.

Trip

Trip sheet in. Unified ops packet out.

Trip is where you build the trip record: legs, fuel, fees, expenses, and notes. Drop in a trip sheet PDF and BeyondV1 pre-stages the operational shell for every stop — then exports a clean, company-branded ops packet for the operator, the owner, or your own logbook.

Privacy-first parsing. When you drop in the trip sheet, the PDF is parsed into structured legs on-device-style — passenger names and tail numbers are stripped at import. Only the operational shell (routing, times, FBO, fuel, hotel, crew car) is kept and pre-staged per stop. Your principals and aircraft registrations never get stored in the trip record.

Unified ops picture. Crew, scheduler, and dispatcher work from one source of truth. Ramp Feed™ overlays live ground intel — fuel waits, line service, crew cars — onto the legs you already have loaded.

Company-branded export. Ops packets your DO will actually approve — operator logo on every page, every pre-stage on one sheet. Trip Clips share a single leg in two taps without exposing the whole trip.

How to use it
  1. 1Open More → Trip and tap Import trip sheet (or start a blank trip).
  2. 2Drop in the operator's PDF — pax names and tail numbers are stripped automatically; routing, times, FBOs, hotels, and crew cars pre-stage per stop.
  3. 3Review legs, add fuel uplifts, fees, and notes as the trip unfolds.
  4. 4Export the company-branded ops packet to PDF, or send a Trip Clip for a single leg.

Ramp Feed™

Live crew ramp intel — fuel, crew cars, line svc

Ramp Feed™ is live, crew-to-crew intel from the ramp: who's holding crew cars, how fuel is flowing, which line service is sharp today. Post quick updates from where you're parked and read what other crews are seeing.

How to use it
  1. 1Open More → Ramp Feed™.
  2. 2Read the latest posts for the airports near you.
  3. 3Tap Post to share a ramp update — keep it factual and crew-useful.

Trip Notes

Saved snippets for fast reuse

Trip Notes are reusable snippets — gate codes, hotel shuttle numbers, customs phrasing, anything you find yourself typing twice. Save once and paste into trips or messages later.

How to use it
  1. 1Open More → Trip Notes.
  2. 2Add a snippet with a short title and body.
  3. 3Reuse from any trip or chat with a tap.

AI Concierge (Trip)

Ask anything about your trip

Inside an open trip, AI Concierge has context on your legs and destinations — ask trip-specific questions and get answers grounded in what you've already loaded.

How to use it
  1. 1Open a trip from More → Trip.
  2. 2Tap the AI button inside the trip.
  3. 3Ask trip-specific questions — "what's the FBO contact for our second leg?"

How to use it
  1. 1Open More → FCC Concierge.
  2. 2Submit a request with the details and your timeline.
  3. 3A concierge replies and handles it end-to-end.
